Cauli Poppers - the crunchiest and lightest  cauliflower tempura you've ever had or your money back served with a creamy Stilton dip (V)

Crispy Tilapia fish  - Coated in kasava with a side of home-made Brazilian "dende" mayo, inspired by the Brazilian moqueca; a delicate little treat!

(Contains soya and eggs on mayo) 

 

Spitfire Wings  - Free-range chicken wings and a punch in your mouth homemade habanero Rebel Yell rye whiskey sauce.

(Contains Chilli)

Smoked, pork neck  "Pastel", with cheese topped with guacamole and "Biquinho" chilies and micro herbs from our neighbors, Micro Crop!. 

(Contains gluten, soya, chilli) 

 

Thai BBQ Ribs - Chunky pig ribs marinated in red thai curry, served with pineapple, lemongrass and micro-coriander salad.         

(Contains prawns, peanuts, chilli, soya)

Triple cooked chips served with home-made mayo and home made ketchup. 

(Can be made Vegan)

Pan con Tomate y Aioli - Classic Spanish comfort food, with home-made rustic bread, rubbed with tomatoes and garlic emulsion.

(Contains gluten)

Garden Vegetable curry with rice. 

(Contains chilli and coriander)

Smoked and grilled, home-made chickpea tofu, with wild rocket and a grapefruit vinaigrette. 

DESSERTS

Roasted white chocolate mousse, with Rebel yell Rye Whiskey poached cherries, and roasted white chocolate crisp.

 

Ronald McDonald Apple Pie, cinammon and sugar.

Our menu is farm food, inspired by world flavours.

To create the best experience, the food will arrive at its own pace to ensure there are no conflicts of flavours!

A waiter will bring a steak board to your table for you to choose from the weights and cuts available that day. Please note that cooking and resting times vary dependent on the size of your steak! Allow a minimum of 35 minutes for smaller cuts and more for larger!
